Subscriptions are available to Adults, Concessions & U18
All subscriptions are subject to the Terms & Conditions set out below.
Terms & Conditions
The minimum term for a subscription is six months from the date of the subscription.
After six months, subscribers can cancel their subscription via the online ticketing platform provided by TicketCo though such cancellation will not become effective until the day after the second of the next two subsequent payment dates.
The first payment is to be made on the day of the subscription and further payments will be taken on the same date of each month thereafter or if applicable on the last day of the month. A subscription is connected to a payment card where a fixed amount is automatically deducted monthly.
The Club reserves the right to increase/decrease the subscription payments in line with changes in prices of season ticket prices. If this is the case, subscribers will be given at least 4 weeks notice about the price change.
Subscriptions will automatically roll over between Seasons unless a subscriber serves notice to cancel their subscription in accordance with these Terms:
Provided that a subscriber does not cancel a subscription between the end of a Season and the start of the next subsequent Season:
such subscriber shall be guaranteed their seat(s) for the next subsequent season.
such subscriber shall be entitled to free entry to pre-season home games at the Club before the start of the subsequent Season.
A subscription shall only apply to home league games at the Club and not cup games.
At the start of a subscription, each subscriber will choose (a) seat(s) of their choice which will then become their seat(s) until the end of their subscription. This will cover all home league games and pre-season friendlies.
If a subscriber is unable to attend a fixture, the subscriber can lend their subscription to someone else.
In These Terms:
‘Club’ means Solihull Moors Football Club CIC
‘TicketCo’ means TicketCo UK Limited
‘Season’ means a football season of the Club.
